OIA was born out a need for SAFE, CLEAN, EQUITABLE HOUSING for formerly incarcerated people and their families. 

Our Founder and Chair, LaResse Harvey, CT Hall of Change 2020 Great 8! Inductee, experience homelessness 5x during her 20 plus years of successful reentry!  WHY?
